Nathalia Urban, always present!

247 – Journalist Nathalia Urban, TV 247 correspondent in the United Kingdom, unfortunately did not survive her injuries and passed away in the city of Edinburgh, Scotland. Born on Christmas Day in 1987, she always demonstrated total commitment to the struggles of women, immigrants, and all oppressed peoples around the world. An internationalist, the journalist created the program "Veias Abertas" on TV 247 to address the struggles of Latin American peoples. Another cause she passionately dedicated herself to was the struggle of the Palestinian people.

On September 23, 2021, she was interviewed for the "Great Journalists" series produced by TV 247. In her testimony, she talks about her personal and professional journey.

Nathalia was also a constant presence on the "Bom Dia 247" program, always bringing highly qualified international commentary. Alongside journalist Brian Mier, she also co-hosted the program "Globalistas." Nathalia leaves a legacy of combativeness, empathy, and fighting for all oppressed peoples of the world. In a final act of humanity, her organs will be donated.
